Our History
Team Hickory was founded in 2018 in order to provide a program that would allow for positive interactions for the Catawba County and surrounding area youths. Team Hickory has not only excelled on the court winning numerous championships but also provides leadership and mentorship to our athletes.
Our athletes, coaches, and families have participated in many community service activities for the community. We have successfully assisted our graduating senior athletes in obtaining college scholarships to participate in athletics at the collegiate level.

Our Purpose
Team Hickory Basketball Club (THBC) is a non-profit travel basketball organization based out of Hickory, North Carolina. The goals of THBC are to use the game of basketball to build student-athletes of character, participate in community service to make a difference in the local community, and to obtain higher education for our student-athletes.
